Before founding Imagine Clarity, Heidi gained 10+ years of experience at SAP, responsible for global SAP HR implementations and value-chain based HCM concepts at SAP’s key accounts. Her mind-training expertise stems from long-term retreats, key guidance in the theories and practices of advanced techniques, and PhD studies on phenomenal consciousness and attentional regulation methods. Heidi is an avid crafter of meaningful content and products.

Leena Niemistö, Chair of the Board

Dr. Leena Niemistö combines her extensive medical expertise and interests with visionary business acumen to drive innovation. She is a leading healthcare entrepreneur and impact investor in Finland, with investments in over 50 companies in health, technology, and sustainability. Leena brings the same energy and enthusiasm to the arts and culture. She served for over 10 years as the chair of the board of the Finnish National Opera and Ballet. Currently, she is the chair of Uniarts Helsinki. Leena is a lifelong collector of contemporary art.

Nikolas is a visionary designer working on digital product design. Over the last 15 years, he has worked with clients such as Oura, Mercedes-Benz and KPMG. He has shaped brands and product strategies for startups in Scandinavia, London, New York and South East Asia. Nikola manages the development process in line with the product’s compelling vision and foundational values. The ambition is to create solutions that educate and inspire on a massive scale.
