Before founding Imagine Clarity, Heidi gained over ten years of experience at SAP Global, responsible for global SAP HR implementations and value-chain based HCM concepts at SAP’s key accounts. Her meditation expertise stems from long-term retreats, and PhD studies on phenomenal consciousness and advanced meditation techniques. Heidi’s passion is design, crafting meaningful content, and digital solutions.

Leena Niemistö, CHAIR

Leena Niemistö has a doctor of medicine (PhD), an Honorary Doctor of administrative sciences, and is a board professional. Leena has outstanding experience in the field of healthcare and a focus on health tech. She is an angel investor and has been involved in over 40 startups. As a cultural influencer promoting creative work in visual art and her role as a Finnish National Opera and Ballet chairman corresponds to her lifelong and deep interest in art, music and culture.

Nikolas Holm, Design Lead

Nikolas is a visionary designer working on digital product design. Over the last 15 years, he has worked with clients such as Oura, Mercedes-Benz and KPMG. He has shaped brands and product strategies for startups in Scandinavia, London, New York and South East Asia. Nikolas leads the design and creative work with a strong vision based on the products’ meaningful core beliefs. “My ambition is to create products and platforms that educate and inspire on a massive scale”.
